Polish left midfielder Nicola Zalewski may be on the verge of a move from AS Roma to Inter.
Zalewski, who is 23 years old and has a market value of around 75 million Danish kroner, has played 9 matches this season, scored 1 goal and provided 1 assist for AS Roma, who are in 6th place in Serie A.
Inter, currently in second place in Serie A, appear to be interested in strengthening their squad with the young Pole. Standing at 175cm and weighing 68kg, Zalewski has proven to be a strong addition to Roma’s midfield.
If the transfer becomes a reality, it will be a big step up for Zalewski, who will have the opportunity to play in the Champions League with Inter, unlike Roma, who have only qualified for the Conference League.
The transfer window opens again on July 1st, so it will be interesting to see if Inter will try to secure Zalewski during the summer. However, so far there have been no official statements from either Inter or AS Roma about a possible transfer.
