The rumour mill is buzzing with the possible transfer of US international right winger, Timothy Weah, from Juventus FC to Olympique Marseille.
Currently, Weah is plying his trade in Italy’s Serie A, where Juventus is sitting comfortably in 4th place with 70 points.
Despite Juventus’ strong position, a move to Marseille, who are currently 2nd in France’s Ligue 1 with 65 points, could be a tempting prospect for Weah. At 183 cm and 66 kg, Weah brings a physical presence to the pitch, coupled with his technical skills and goal-scoring ability.
The transfer window is currently open, adding fuel to the speculation. However, it’s important to note that Weah’s contract with Juventus doesn’t expire until June 30, 2028. His current market value stands at €17.00m, which equates to approximately 126 million DKK, a figure that Marseille will need to consider seriously.
