French-Cote d’Ivoire central midfielder, Manu Koné, currently playing for AS Roma in Italy’s Serie A, is being eyed for a potential transfer to Inter Milan.
At 24, Koné has shown impressive form this season, participating in 34 matches, scoring twice and providing one assist.
AS Roma, currently sitting 5th in Serie A with 69 points, may be looking to strengthen their position by capitalizing on Koné’s market value, which stands at around €40.00m, equivalent to approximately 297.5 million DKK. This move could potentially bolster their chances of progressing in the Europa League.
Inter Milan, on the other hand, are currently in 8th place with 63 points. Acquiring a player of Koné’s calibre could be the boost they need to climb the rankings in the coming season.
With the transfer window closing on August 31, there is still time for negotiations between the two clubs. However, as always in football, nothing is certain until the final whistle blows.
