Spanish left-back Miguel Gutiérrez, currently playing for Girona in LaLiga, is reportedly on the radar of Serie A leaders SSC Napoli.
The 24-year-old, who has a market value of approximately €20.00m (approx 149 million DKK with a slight variance), could potentially make a move to Italy in the current transfer window which closes on August 31.
Gutiérrez has been making waves in Spain with his performances for Girona and this has not gone unnoticed by Napoli, who currently sit atop the Serie A table with 82 points. A move to Napoli would not only provide Gutiérrez with the opportunity to play in one of Europe’s top leagues but also the chance to participate in the Champions League, given Napoli’s current league position.
It should be noted that any potential transfer would be subject to the agreement of both clubs and the player. As it stands, Gutiérrez’s contract with Girona is set to expire on June 30, 2027. With the transfer window closing soon, all eyes will be on Napoli to see if they can secure the Spanish left-back’s services.
