Austrian centre-back Stefan Posch, currently playing for Bologna in Italy’s Serie A, is reportedly on the radar of Como, also in the same league.
Posch, 28, has made five appearances this season for Bologna, who are currently sitting in 9th place in the Serie A standings with 62 points, just 13 points ahead of Como in 10th place.
However, Posch hasn’t managed to find the back of the net or provide any assists yet this season. Standing at 190 cm and weighing 82 kg, he brings a strong physical presence to the backline. His current contract with Bologna runs until 30th June 2026 and he is valued at €8.00m, which roughly converts to around 60 million DKK.
With today’s date being 31st August 2025, the transfer window is closing. If a move is to happen, it will need to be finalised today. Otherwise, both clubs will have to wait until the window reopens on January 1st. It remains to be seen whether Como will make a move for the Bologna defender, but the potential transfer could certainly add an interesting dynamic to the Serie A landscape.
