Centre-forward Mohamed Bayo is on the brink of a possible transfer move from LOSC Lille to Al-Fayha FC.
The 27-year-old Guinean international, who currently plies his trade in France’s Ligue 1, is reportedly on the radar of the Saudi Pro League club.
Bayo, valued at approximately DKK 20.8 million (€2.80m), has had a considerable impact at Lille, who are currently 5th in Ligue 1 and on track for a UEFA Europa League spot. Despite the lack of specifics regarding his performance this season, his physical presence is undeniable. Standing at 188 cm and weighing 76 kg, Bayo is a formidable figure on the pitch.
With the transfer window closing on August 31, Al-Fayha FC has a limited timeframe to secure Bayo’s services. The player’s contract with Lille is set to expire in 2027, but a move to Saudi Arabia could be on the cards sooner rather than later. As always, the final decision will rest with the clubs and the player himself.
