There are rumors that young French left winger Mamadou Diakhon may be on the verge of a transfer from Stade Reims in Ligue 1 to Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
The 19-year-old Diakhon has played 28 games for Reims this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
Stade Reims are currently in 14th place in Ligue 1 with 33 points, while Eintracht Frankfurt are in a solid 3rd place in the Bundesliga with 57 points. Diakhon could therefore have the opportunity to play Champions League football if the move becomes a reality.
The young Frenchman has a market value of around €1.50m, which is equivalent to approximately 11.2 million Danish kroner. With his current contract expiring in 2026, it is likely that a move could take place in the upcoming transfer window, which opens on July 1. However, it is still unknown whether Frankfurt are willing to pay the full price for Diakhon.
