Centre-forward Giovanni Simeone is in talks for a possible transfer from SSC Napoli to Torino FC.
The 30-year-old Argentine-Spanish footballer, currently valued at €5.00m (approx. 37.2 million DKK), has been a valuable asset to Napoli, which is leading Serie A with 82 points.
Simeone, who stands at 180 cm and weighs 81 kg, has played 30 matches this season, contributing one goal and one assist. Despite his relatively low scoring record, his experience and tactical acumen could be a significant addition to Torino, currently sitting in 11th place in Serie A with 44 points.
The transfer window, having opened on July 1, will close on August 31, leaving ample time for negotiations. If the transfer goes through, it could mark a new chapter in Simeone’s career, offering him a fresh challenge and the opportunity to help Torino climb up the Serie A rankings.
